Shipping

Every order is carefully prepared and shipped within 2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as you order, then another one when it ships.

If a parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, email us at hello@wearvolo.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out quickly.

Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed.

• Email us at hello@wearvolo.com with your order number.
• Send the item back in its original condition, unworn and in its packaging.
• We refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, to the payment method you used.

Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms govern all sales made on the Volo online store (wearvolo.com). Placing an order means you accept them.

2. Products

Our products are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free on orders over £15; below that, a £3.49 fee applies and is shown before payment. A multi-item discount may be applied automatically in your cart, as shown on the site. The price that applies is the one displayed when you place your order.

4. Order and payment

Your order is confirmed once payment is approved. A summary is sent to the email address you provide. Payment is taken immediately by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment provider, Whop.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address given at checkout, in the UK. Risk passes to you when you receive the parcel.

6. Right to cancel

You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it, without giving a reason. Let us know by email at hello@wearvolo.com. The product must be returned in its original condition; return shipping is at your expense. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method. This does not affect your statutory rights under the law of your country.

7. Guarantees

Our products are covered by the legal guarantees that apply in your country, including the legal guarantee of conformity for customers in the EU and the UK.

8. Personal data

The data we collect is used only to process your orders and, with your consent, to send you our news. You can access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@wearvolo.com.

9. Disputes

If there's ever a problem, we'll always look for a friendly solution first: just email us at hello@wearvolo.com. This does not limit your right to contact the consumer authorities or courts of your country.
